Tin Men and the Telephone like to collaborate with other musicians, ensembles and orchestras, but also artists from multiple disciplines such as dance and theatre to co-create new work. They have developed strategies to apply their special brand of interactive performance in all sorts of contexts.
The band also regularly receive requests to create custom shows and commissioned work for specific events or on a particular topic. Potential collaborators are welcome to contact the band for more information.

Metropole Orkest (NL) directed by Jules Buckley – new developed fully interactive concert
AUKSO Orchestra (Poland) directed by Marek Moś – commissioned a new program around the topic of Climate Change
Noord Nederlands Toneel (NNT) & Club Guy & Roni – theater show Sneeuwwitje
Sage Gateshead – commissioned a performance around the buildings’ 10 year anniversary. The band created an interactive piece based on the “Play Sage” app (by Tom Szirtes) that allowed visitors to explore the building and play back sounds recorded in the space in virtual reality.
